Mastering the Art of breathing in pranayama

  Breathing is one of the most fundamental aspects of yoga, and it is essential for both physical and mental health. In natural yoga, breathing is used to connect the mind, body, and spirit. It is a way to bring awareness to the present moment and to calm the mind. There are many different breathing techniques used in natural yoga, each with its own benefits. Some popular techniques include: Find a quiet place where you can relax and focus. Sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight. Close your eyes and place your hands on your abdomen. Notice the natural flow of your breath. Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose, expanding your abdomen as you breathe in. Exhale slowly and completely through your nose, contracting your abdomen as you breathe out. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for several minutes.
